First of all, Thank You for stopping by Ancestral Coach.  My name is Alejandro Machado and this is my story:

I started my journey towards ancestral health in 2012 after an suboptimal annual check-up. 
At the time was I fairly active, cycling or walking to work, and following a "healthy" diet but my
numbers did not reflect this.  Puzzled, I researched other options, discovered the paleo diet
and started to eat primally. In addition, I began to incorporate more varied movement into my
daily-life.  These changes were immediate and dramatic, I haven't looked back and now I want
to share my experience and help guide others in my community in this process towards a more
rooted experience

My movement practice is ever-evolving.  I begun my journey into movement in 2000 through my exploration and practice of Tai Chi. With a solid foundation established, I discovered MovNat in 2012 and its principles of Natural Movement. Its emphasis on mindfulness and practicality resonated with me and provide a solid cornerstone to continue to incorporate
movement in daily life.  I received my MovNat Level 2 Certified Trainer which allows me to follow my passion to help people on their journey into finding the way that moves them.
