movement

Rediscover your innate human movement patterns. Fill the need your body craves.

I train your mobility, balance, strength and coordination to increase your life capacity.  These skills easily translate to more athletic pursuits.  Fitness is not the end-product.

The ultimate goal is to increase your physical competence to meet the demands of your life and fitness will result from your efforts. My focus is on the long-term: how to create a personal movement culture that will sustain you in longevity.  If you have more specific near-term fitness goal, a generalized movement practice is extraordinary vehicle to prepare you to achieve them.

Nourishment

Fueling your body is essential; your inputs determine your outputs.   I follow a dietary template which minimizes processed food and emphases whole, nutrient-dense food.  Everyone is
unique and I can help you find the optimal way to fuel your body.

lifestyle

We live in a fast-paced world, which we cannot fully escape.  My approach is to find the
balance between taking care of yourself and respecting your responsibilities.  We discuss play, sleeping habits, electronic usage habits and stress-management among other aspects of a modern life to examine and optimize.
